Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
Your recovery powered by Physio Action
The Physio clinic that leeds' Top Athletes Trust
Founded by Chartered Physiotherapists Gill Davy and Rachel Galley, Physio Action has been treating sports and other injuries across Leeds, Harrogate, Ilkley and Guiseley since 2003. Our flagship sports physiotherapy clinic is based at David Lloyd Leeds - purpose-built for active people, with on-site rehab space and direct links to Orthopaedic and Sport & Exercise Medicine Consultants for fast, joined-up care.
Whether you're a runner with a knee niggle, a rugby player rehabbing an ACL, or a weekend tennis player who wants to play stronger, our clinics across Leeds and Harrogate are here to get you out of pain and back to your peak performance.
