Following a fall on the golf course, which resulted in damage to the right hip, I contacted GD at Physio Action for treatment as we were due to travel on holiday within two weeks. The service I received was five star, with as much pain relief as possible before travelling and an exercise programme to keep the hip mobile whilst away. On return I have undertaken a weekly course of physio to release the capsulitis in the right hip, combined with a rehab exercise programme, which is slowly repairing the damage. The level of patient care is second to none, from reception to the physio.
