I was expecting to have surgery until I went to Physio Action! Allen gave me some simple exercises and these combined with some manipulation soon made a huge improvement to my back problem. After 4 months I am moving much better and know I can manage without further treatment going forwards. I am very impressed with the service and care I have received, and would recommend Physio Action without hesitation.
