Huge huge thank you to Stephen at Physio Action, helping me through my 9 months post ACL surgery. His calm, patient and adaptive approach has been brilliant. I am very grateful for his constant reassurance that sometimes ‘life gets in the way’ and his ability to find solutions and new exercises to keep me motivated. I’ve been desperate to get back to sport after a year off, and I am finally there thanks to Stephen. Cannot recommend him enough! (and thank you to receptionist Emma who always welcomed me with a friendly smile).
