I’ve spent the last year rehabbing with Allen Brown at Physio Action and my only regret is not seeing him sooner. I reached out prior to having ACL surgery, knowing I wanted to see a private physiotherapist. Physio Action was quick to get me in to see Allen pre-surgery and I had no problems scheduling appointments throughout the year – including times when I had to make a change. I liked the emailed plans early on so I knew exactly which stretches to do when there seemed like there was so many. And I always knew what the goal was for the next appointment. I also appreciated never having to follow-up for a copy of an invoice which was necessary for me to submit an insurance claim. Invoices were always in my inbox within a couple hours of my appointment. I cannot recommend Physio Action and especially Allen Brown enough.
