Allen has been amazing. 5 stars all the way! I’ve visited over the last few months with a back problem. Allen has helped me enormously with good diagnosis and a tailored, manageable, effective exercise program. He makes it easy to understand what I need to do and why, and has adapted my exercises along the way so I keep improving. Highly recommended. I’d never go anywhere else.
