Have used Physio Action many times over the years for different issues (usually knee related) and they have always been brilliant. Excellent at diagnosing root cause of problems, treating with quality massage and prescribing sensible and achievable exercises to alleviate problems. Seen a number of physios through them, most recently Alan Brown in their Harrogate Clinic who again has been excellent. Would highly recommend.
