My experience at Physio Action Ilkley was very positive. I’d had severe nerve pain from my lower spine resulting in nerve block treatment. I was advised to make an appointment with a spinal physio and over the weeks Charlotte has set me on the path to strengthening my core. She has been exceptional throughout – teaching and encouraging me. The exercises really work and I will continue to do them. Thank you Charlotte!
